**Terms of Service**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://restivoa.com (the "Site") and purchases from Restivoa. Restivoa is a brand operated by Lynvo Group LLC ("Lynvo Group," "Restivoa," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

**1. Eligibility and acceptable use**

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence and legally able to enter a contract, or use the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not misuse the Site; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or access it by unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person; submit false information; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the Site in violation of law. We may restrict or terminate access for a violation.

**2. Product information and availability**

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen and natural manufacturing variations may occur. Measurements and other specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products, sizes, prices, promotions, and quantities may change without notice. We may limit sales by person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue a product. Offers are void where prohibited.

**3. Orders and acceptance**

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment problems, resale activity, or shipping restrictions. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.

If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

**4. Prices, payments, and taxes**

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown before you complete checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total displayed at checkout.

Obvious typographical or pricing errors may be corrected. If an error affects an order, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a refund.

**5. Shipping, returns, and refunds**

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

**6. Accounts**

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account to protect the user, the Site, or others.

**7. Reviews, feedback, and user content**

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you own it or have permission to provide it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant Lynvo Group LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting Restivoa, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, or rights-infringing content. We do not promise to publish every submission. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences; incentives or material relationships must be clearly disclosed.

**8. Intellectual property**

The Site and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product names, design, arrangement, and software are owned by or licensed to Lynvo Group LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Restivoa and Restinator may be trademarks or brand identifiers of their respective owner. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the Site as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission or a valid legal exception.

**9. Third-party services and links**

The Site may use or link to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social networks, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party sites or services, but this provision does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on us.

**10. Privacy**

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy. Where consent is legally required, we will request it separately.

**11. Disclaimers**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Products remain subject to any express written warranty supplied with them and to non-waivable legal warranties. Some states do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

**12. Limitation of liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynvo Group LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from the Site or a product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injury claims. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you.

**13. Indemnification**

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Lynvo Group LLC harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require indemnification for our own unlawful conduct.

**14. Governing law and disputes**

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or a forum available under applicable law.

Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact lynvogroupllc@gmail.com with a concise description and requested resolution so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. This does not extend or waive any legal deadline.

**15. Changes**

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires additional notice or consent. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

**16. General terms**

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Site and purchases, except for any separate written terms that expressly apply.
