This Privacy Policy describes how Lynvo Group LLC, operating the Restivoa brand ("Restivoa," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit, use, make a purchase from, or otherwise communicate with https://restivoa.com (collectively, the "Services").
For purposes of applicable privacy law, Lynvo Group LLC is the business or controller responsible for personal information described in this policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used for the Services and may also process information for its own purposes as described in Shopify's privacy materials.
**Personal information we collect**
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- **Identifiers and contact details:** name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, IP address, and device identifiers.
- **Order and commercial information:** products viewed, cart contents, purchases, returns, refunds, discounts, transaction history, and preferences.
- **Payment information:** payment card or account details are generally collected and processed by Shopify and payment providers; we may receive limited payment status, method, and fraud-screening information.
- **Account information:** login details, saved addresses, settings, and account activity.
- **Communications:** messages submitted through forms, email, telephone, reviews, survey responses, and customer-service records.
- **Device and usage information:** browser and device type, operating system, network information, pages and products viewed, clicks, referral URLs, session activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or pixel data.
- **Marketing preferences:** subscriptions, consent records, campaign interactions, and opt-out choices.
- **Inferences:** likely interests or preferences derived from shopping and interaction data.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through free-text forms unless we specifically request it and it is necessary.
**Sources of personal information**
We collect information:
- directly from you, including at checkout, through an account, or when you contact us;
- automatically through cookies, pixels, SDKs, server logs, and similar technologies;
- from Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and customer-support tools; and
- from social networks or other third parties when you interact with our content or direct them to share information with us.
**How we use personal information**
We may use personal information to:
- provide the Services, process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, handle returns, and administer accounts;
- authenticate users, secure transactions, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, and protect our rights and the rights of others;
- communicate about orders, accounts, requests, policy changes, and customer support;
- personalize the Site and understand how customers use the Services;
- send marketing communications where permitted and measure campaign effectiveness;
- advertise and retarget on third-party services, subject to applicable choice and consent requirements;
- maintain records, enforce agreements, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- conduct internal analytics, research, forecasting, and business improvement.
Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, or consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier processing.
**Cookies and similar technologies**
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate checkout and accounts, remember settings, understand performance, prevent fraud, and support analytics and advertising. See our Cookie Policy and the cookie controls displayed on the Site.
You may adjust browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner. Blocking essential technologies may prevent parts of the Services from working. We process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law and technically supported.
**How we disclose personal information**
We may disclose personal information to:
- **Shopify and ecommerce providers** that host and operate the store;
- **payment processors and financial institutions** to authorize and settle transactions;
- **fulfillment providers, warehouses, and carriers** to prepare and deliver orders;
- **technology, security, analytics, support, and professional-service providers** that perform services for us;
- **advertising and marketing partners**, including social-media platforms, to measure and deliver advertising, subject to applicable law and your choices;
- **government bodies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties** when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate misconduct, or enforce agreements; and
- **parties to a corporate transaction**, such as a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
We may direct service providers to process information only for specified business purposes. We do not disclose personal information in exchange for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain US state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Eligible residents can opt out as described below.
**Advertising and analytics**
We may use services such as Shopify analytics and advertising platforms to understand visits, measure purchases, build audiences, and show relevant advertisements. These partners may collect information over time and across websites or services. Use the Site's cookie and privacy-choice tools or contact us to exercise rights available in your state.
**Marketing communications**
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. Even after opting out, we may send non-marketing messages about orders, accounts, security, or requests. If text-message marketing is offered, consent is not a condition of purchase and the opt-out instructions in the message and our SMS Terms apply.
**Retention**
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain accounts, fulfill contracts, meet tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by information type, legal obligations, business need, and whether deletion is technically feasible in active or backup systems. We securely delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.
**Security**
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential payment information by ordinary email.
**Your privacy rights**
Depending on your state of residence and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
- obtain a portable copy;
- correct inaccuracies;
- request deletion;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- withdraw consent; and
- receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
Submit a request through the Site's privacy-request or data-sharing opt-out page, or email lynvogroupllc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and your state of residence. We will verify the request using information reasonably related to your account or interactions. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law and will explain the decision.
Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent. We may request proof of authorization and direct verification with you. If we deny an eligible request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
**California privacy notice**
The categories collected during the preceding 12 months may include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; audio, electronic, or visual information you choose to provide; professional information you choose to provide; and inferences. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described above.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures of identifiers, device/usage information, commercial information, and inferences may constitute “sharing” or “sale” under California law. You may opt out through a “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Site, by enabling Global Privacy Control, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California's “Shine the Light” law may allow residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. Send any applicable request to the email below.
**Children**
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.
**Third-party links**
The Services may link to sites or services we do not control. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing personal information.
**International processing**
Our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. This policy is designed primarily for a US-facing store; do not actively target or ship to other countries without reviewing and updating the policy and store settings for those jurisdictions.
**Changes to this policy**
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post the revised policy, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
